Showroom Sales & Customer Coordinator ( Sedro-Woolley, WA)
About the Role:
Join Integrity Stonework as the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling our showroom. You’ll assist with product selections, schedule appointments, and help guide customers through their countertop journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, book appointments, and greet showroom visitors.
- Help customers select countertop materials (training provided).
- Manage customer info in our CRM system.
- Keep the showroom organized and presentable.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of consistent work experience in any customer-facing or administrative role. (Sales experience a plus, but not required.)
- Strong communication and scheduling skills.
- Basic understanding of stone surfaces (or eagerness to learn).
- Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
